Here’s our guide to submitting a complaint.

  1. Our pledge.

    If you’re unhappy with the service you’ve had from EveAdam, we’ll always work hard to reach a resolution you’re happy with.

    And wherever we need to, we’ll take a look at our service and how we can handle the same situation better in future.

  2. What to do first.

    If you want to make a complaint for any reason, please contact our customer care team first.

    They’re available from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. But please feel free to email us outside these hours and we’ll respond as soon as we can.

    We aim to respond to all queries within one working day.

  3. How to get our full policy.

    You can request a copy of our complaints policy by contacting us. This outlines our complaints procedure in more detail.

  4. What to do if we haven’t resolved your complaint.

    We try to resolve all complaints directly.

    But if you’re still not satisfied or if we can’t find a resolution, you can make an official complaint by contacting the General Pharmaceutical Council (contact details below).

    Even if you haven’t used our service, but want to raise concerns or make a complaint, you can also do this by contacting the GPhC.
