Treatments from only £4.16 per pill

When you buy Spedra, you get the fastest ED drug in town.

By fastest, we mean noticeable results from 15 minutes. Ideal for men who don’t want to wait around for an hour for the effects to kick in.

What is Spedra?

Spedra is an ED drug that works in a similar way to Viagra. Only it’s a little quicker.

Spedra contains avanafil. It helps blood vessels near the penis to relax. This means that more blood can get into the penis, and makes it easier to hold onto a firm erection.

After you’ve taken it, it should stay active for up to 5 hours. So it gives you a sizeable window if you’ve taken it a little earlier than you need to.

What dose of Spedra should I take?

There are three doses: 50mg, 100mg and 200mg.

The doctor will help you settle on the right Spedra dose. They’ll take into account whether you’re a first-time user or have used it before, or if you have any medical conditions.

Usually you’ll start with Spedra 50mg or 100mg, to see how you do with a low or medium dose.

For example, if 50mg doesn’t help quite enough with symptoms, you could be upped to Spedra 100mg, or even Spedra 200mg after that. This is called ‘titrating’.

Stendra and Spedra: what’s the difference?

Nothing much, apart from the name.

Stendra and Spedra are both made by Menarini, both contain avanafil and are available in the same doses. They do exactly the same thing in the body and work just as well as each other.

The only difference is that in the USA, the drug is called Stendra. In the UK and Europe, it’s called Spedra.

What you should know about Spedra

What is erectile dysfunction?

Impotence, or ED, is the inability to get or maintain an erection.

But that’s a simple explanation for a complicated problem. A lot of men don’t realise they’ll probably experience some form of impotence at some point in their lives. It can be very occasional and mild, or permanent and more severe.

Usually, it happens because the blood vessels in the penis become damaged or too constricted. This means blood can’t fill the penis, so it can’t become erect (even when you really need it to).

How effective is Spedra?

What are the most common side effects of Spedra?

Some side effects are common with Spedra. The good news is that these are mostly mild and easily managed.

Examples can include headache, flushing, a stuffy nose or a sore throat.

You're more likely to experience headaches if you take the 200mg dose.[1]

When should I see a doctor?

Does Spedra cost more than other drugs?

It will be more expensive than some alternatives, yes. This is because most branded ED treatments are available in generic forms, and these tend to be more cost effective. The exclusivity rights on Spedra are still active because it’s comparatively new, so there is no Spedra generic available at present.

However, it’s important to remember that of all ED pills, Spedra gets to work the fastest.
