Here’s what happens when you sign up to EveAdam.
Find the condition or type of treatment you’re looking for, and take our online consultation. It only takes a few minutes, and one of our clinicians will review your case.
First, you’ll be asked a series of questions about your general health when setting up your profile. Then, after selecting the type of treatment you’re looking for, you’ll be asked some more specific questions relating to this.
These questions have been put together by our clinical team. They’re designed to help the prescriber reviewing your order decide which treatment will benefit you the most.
If the prescriber needs further info to help them make a decision about the best treatment for you, they’ll send you a message in your account.
After you’ve completed the consultation, the prescriber will suggest a selection of treatments for you.
This may be every month, or every 2, 3, 6 or 12 months.
When your prescription is about to run out, we’ll let you know. Renewing is simple. All you’ll need to do is login to your profile, and answer a few questions from the prescriber. If everything is going well with your treatment, your plan can continue.
If you have any problems with your treatment or need to ask the prescriber anything else, you can do this by logging into your profile and sending them a message, any time you like. They may be able to help you switch to something else that works better for you.
The next time your treatment is due, you’ll receive it again, according to the frequency you’ve chosen.
Staying healthy isn’t just about treatment. It’s about being mindful of your body and doing things right in everyday life.
So when you subscribe to a plan, we’ll send you helpful guides regularly. Absolutely free.
These are tailored to your plan, and are there to help give you the knowledge you need to live and stay healthy.
Nothing too intense or preachy. We won’t ever lecture you, or tell you to only ever eat salads. (We’re all human.)
Just some light reading on the extra little things you can do alongside your treatment to be your best healthy self.
We’ll then take subsequent payments 5-7 days before your repeat is sent.
If your prescription runs out and needs to be renewed by the prescriber for your plan to continue, your payment won’t be taken until this has been approved by them.
Every time we bill your account, you’ll be able to download your invoice in your profile.
We’ll take your first payment on the day you set up your care plan.
You can change your treatment plan any time.
All you need to do is login to your profile. From there, you can change your plan by hitting ‘Edit treatment’. This lets you request a change to your treatment, your dose, your frequency or the amount you get.
If you change your dose or switch your treatment, this will need to be run by the prescriber to be on the safe side. Once they’ve approved this, your new plan will be active.
We don’t need 30 days notice or anything like that. Just hit pause or cancel and it’s done.
If you pause or cancel just as your prescription is being renewed or sent to a pharmacy, it may be too late for us to cancel the payment for that month – and you’ll still pay for this shipment or prescription. So if you do want to pause or cancel, we recommend doing it at least 7 days in advance of your next batch of treatment being issued. You can see when your next prescription is being issued by logging into your profile.
You can also pause your subscription or cancel it any time you like.
Reactivating after you’ve paused is easy.
Again, all you need to do is login to your account and hit the reactivate button.
If it’s been a while, the prescriber might need to ask you some questions to make sure your treatment is still right for you. If it’s only been a few weeks or a couple of months, normally you’ll be able to restart your plan right away.
If you already have an account, sign in to continue.
